Wizdomiot (DarkZtar) [6/10]
PERMS OK
SYNC OK
3:42.602-4:15.010: We're 4 minutes into the chart and the only glimpse of comparable difficulty was 1:55.864-1:57.064's spike, and even then that was way easier. The song's intensity in this section and the first half's js is pretty comparable, except this part has buzz noises; there's hardly any reason to not greatly simplify these buzzes with color theory or just some consistent omissions.
Some suggestions:
3:45.902-3:46.202: Here just having a 432 triplet in 32nds followed by a 134(12) in 24ths (implying adapted surroundings) would already be a spike relative to the rest of the chart, yet it would drastically balance things out while still representing the song. There are a few of these.
3:51.752: This for example could be colored jumps on this 4th and the following 8th. Same applies to 3:52.652. I picked these at random in the section; there are many such 32nds bursts that just add up too much.
3:52.202: This has a clear distinct 16ths drum triplet that could be the focus instead, either with a jumptrill (maybe even coloring the first note to keep the theme of 3:51.752's suggestion) or something with a minijack in it.
While this chart is pretty and shows good execution on a per-section basis, there is a significant lack of balance w.r.t. the difficulty curve and the song's intensity. This would need a serious redo of the second half's bursty js section(s) to bring the difficulty back down to something reasonable relative to the first half. Naturally the cut version would be allowed a bit more leeway on making the buzz noises difficult, yet it's still quite easier than this version's approach, despite the others parts of the song being comparable in both charts. That being said, the reason for reject also stems from the fact that this full version will essentially boil down to the cut version with fixes applied, and then the rest that is added is pretty much filler in terms of gameplay (even if musically pretty). There's the section at 4:15.010-4:43.810 that does add a nice new part to it, but that's it.

Wizdomiot (DarkZtar) [7.5/10] [Fixes Required]
- Perms, metadata, sync are good
0:49.893 - Missing note?
1:38.089 - What's the purpose of the jump here?
1:46.114 - Why jump? Unless I'm misunderstanding the stucture, do the jumps correspond to the piano?
1:55.939-1:56.914 - Ouch
3:08.694-3:08.995 - Ouch
**3:42.602-4:11.402 - OOOOOOOOOOOOOOF this is extremely rough. The blend of the bursts and trills in the JS makes it the spikiest part of the file by far. This is not fun to play. What I would suggest is to nerf the 32nd bursts to gallops and cut the trill length by half (streams to trill) OR don't use jumpstreams there and just step the breakcore parts.
This file is good, but the second drop needs to be fixed. As is that section gets really really intense in difficulty with those bursts and trills, while the rest of the file is relatively chill. FR on **
