As discussed in DMs, permission status for this can not be verified. There is no available information on the arranger/performer of this piece.
Moving to reject.
EDIT 4/30/2023: Permission was later confirmed to be good in DMs before notes were posted so regular notes were then provided.

To put it simply, The patterning and PR Of this entire chart could use a lot of work. The patterns feel more arbitrarily placed despite the fact that clear intention was put behind them. At the start for example we have two different melodies trying to be represented, The high notes and the low notes. The High notes aren't being represented well as there is a clear 2 repeated notes, however there are rarely jacks to follow them, or occasionally there are very long anchors like 0:10.186. The lower notes are maybe better represented in the chart, but in practice it just creates a lot of 12 trills and is hard to follow. The jumps as a whole also follow neither pattern. Getting more into the meat of the song you have the trills at 0:46.186 which still do a poor job representing the music. The first two notes have completely different pitches but are given the exact same trill. Worse is 0:52.708 which is just one long trill with a massive anchor on 3 that completely fails to follow the changing pitches in the song. So while There are clear patterns for the music, they fail to actually represent the music. This feels like you may have been trying to do too many specific things with the chart that "forced" you into these patterns, but sometimes less is more.

I have quite a few issues with this chart. I don’t feel it does a very good job of capturing the music, especially in the second half/variation.
In general I think the first half/variation is done as well as can be expected. I could nitpick some PR issues, but they’re pretty minor in the grand scheme of the rest of the chart.
The chart really falls flat in its execution in the second half/variation. There are extremely long 16th anchors that do not reflect the music at all. There are definite pitch changes within the trill-y nature of this song, but forcing the 16th anchor structure can’t reflect them at all.
Starting 1:24.715 the focus shifts to a trill focus with the bass hand in a similar structure to files like Thunder Light. You might be able to get away with this trill idea (not technically correct as there is a definite 3-note pattern to what the bass hand plays here), but again the chart would be better served by moving the trill in relation to underlying chord changes. Watch for anchors again.
Piano songs are all about PR, but this chart, either intentionally or not, has weird anchor use and doesn’t reflect the song well.
