Pass, this chart seems technically sound and probably acceptable but I don't think I can judge this without strong prejudice regarding how it's layered and patterned -- not a fault of the charter themselves regardless so I'd rather withhold judgment.

While I absolutely hate split trill walls that are that long, I can really appreciate how well it fits with the quick transition to the 32nds. The transitions are also made friendly which is nice. That being said, the 32nds are often pretty jarring and inconsistent. Here are some examples:
41.421: Why a minitrill here?
43.221: Why a minitrill here? Not an easy fix though because the following hands (123)4(123) pretty much dictate what can be put around them, at the big cost of the patterning not being relevant to the music anymore due to arbitrary small spikes.
46.171: Another minitrill.
53.921: Another one (and I'm skipping a bunch, you get the point).
While there's no general rule that 32nds should not contain such trilly bits, this abstract charting is based on a very fluid/continuous synth sound that doesn't really justify any spiky patterning. So it's really a structural issue that probably stems from the layering decisions.
Here's some other stuff I noticed on first playthrough:
55.371: Here it feels odd to not have the three isolated 16ths like at 48.971. While the latter (timewise) does have slightly less intensity, it doesn't feel so different musically. That being said, I think that that isolation isnt too viable given the amount of repetitions that would need varied patterning, and because of my point about the 32nds patterns in general.
1:51.772: This part feels quite weird; there is clearly the same instrument as what the preceding 64ths go to (but rising), but since putting a double wall of 64ths doesn't make any sense I would assume it was toned downed to 32nds. Imo that's a problem with the 64ths being a very restricting decision (can only pattern and hit those as sudden jumptrill walls).
1:52.272: Missing note.
The whole concept is pretty neat, and the 48ths are a bold move, but the chart needs a fair amount of refinement to make more sense musically.

My personal opinion is that this is way overdone. While that is fairly well justified musically, I'm not certain on this particular execution.
(First drop) - I definitely feel that everything here can/should drop down a snap (48ths -> 32nds, 32nds -> 24ths) without sacrificing the chart's overall identity.
(second drop) - This is pretty similar, where reducing nearly everything here a snap would help this a lot. Though I think the 32nd triplets are probably fine.
Also think it'd be better to end at 2:08.172 but that's even more subjective than everything else I've noted so far lol
Ultimately my rating is based on some pretty subjective stuff (so feel free to ignore me if you choose to fix/resubmit), but I'm not overly comfortable with giving this one an accept rating. Tone down the drops, perhaps layer a bit more in the buildups to smooth out the difficulty curve a bit more, and I think this would be pretty damn good.
