Elite Ninja - He Has No Mittens [7.5/10]
Syncing [*/3]: (3/3)
- No issues with syncing.
Playability [*/3]: (3/3)
- Not docking points off here, but the jumpstream patterning felt slightly awkward due to the abundance of (23) jumps. Definitely a personal bias on my behalf, but something to think about. Had to play this file 3 times to see how I felt about it (thankfully it's very short haha).
Technicality [*/3]: (1.5/3)
- 2.531, 3.103, 3.674 - Missing singles? Maybe this was intentionally done to further emphasize the percussive noises via jumps.
- 5.746, 14.889, etc. - Missing 16th note for the melody.
- 22.674 - 27.246: Some of those jumps need to be PR'd. Look closer into this.
- 28.389 - 28.960, 32.960 - 33.531: Missing jump 4ths and 8ths here if you want jumps to be for the melody.
- 30.674 - 31.531: PR looks incorrect here. I think the leading fourths should be the rightmost arrow to respect PR.
- I'm not sure if this is correct, but I think the jumpstream part is just 4th, 16th, 8th. The last 16th I think is a ghost note. If you decide to do that, I think this will clarify which steps are for the melody and which steps are for the percussive noises.
Recommendations [*/1]: (0/1)
- 24.674, 47.531 - The noises here seem a little distinct from the rest of the jumps surrounding it. I don't think it's worth emphasizing that minor sound.
- The jumpstream section currently has two definitions for jumps: one for the melody, and one for the percussion. I think reserving that definition to one of them (in my opinion melody) would make the steps more clear. Maybe use trills for the percussive noises.
- Lastly, I think the jumpstream can be made friendlier so that it's easier to hit. I think you can leverage more (14) jumps and minimize using (23) jumps. You can also try to avoid creating unnecessary anchors in the jumpstream like 28.960 - 29.531.
Rating [*/10]: 7.5/10
Good first pass of the file. I think there is a lot of opportunity for this file to be a short and speedy jumpstream file. There is a bit of work that needs to be done including addressing possible ghost notes, better defining jumps, and resolving some PR issues.

Took a lot of Wilsons notes into changes and have mostly finished the file, but there might be a possibility I come back and make more changes again later whenever Wilson gets with me on discussing how the changes are (but he's on vacation right now haha). So for now this is the final version. Also with Wilsons suggested changes this file is probably 70+ difficulty now I think.
A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:
----------
Note Count changed: 609 => 624
AVG NPS changed: 12.6 => 12.91034
Hand Bias changed: -7 => -10

Any word back on fixes? Could probably ask Wilson themselves, but personally keep communication on whether-or-not here for verification within the batch system.

Oh... I got word that the file was getting difficulty rated already and was under the impression that it was too late for any changes, but yeah haven't heard anything from Wilson yet. I'll ask him again today and see what he says and post back here.

It is moved forward to Difficulty Consultants but I can always put a fix forward since it's still technically within the 1-month period for the file.

It's good to go. I got a response back from Wilson ^^
