DarkZtar - PEACE BREAKER (7.0/10)
----------------
00:44.643 - Calling this out specifically because there appears to be a visible amount of right-hand bias in this particular pattern in the intro. Consider mirroring this type of stress to the left hand once in a while based on how other notes are handled, PR be damned. (Refer to note 01:22.940, and patterns in 2nd-half of the file, like 02:22.628 or 02:17.565)
01:09.362 - This is going to stick out comparatively to other patterns within the same kinds of bursts.
01:22.940 - Unsure if I called this out in the past, but don't know how I feel with this particular staircase on the right hand in an already nested tight pattern between 32nd bursts, on top of the 32nd one-hand minitrill exiting out of the bursts.
01:26.237 - Doesn't have nearly the same level of PR or oomph as other 32nd minitrills within this intro.
02:25.581 - Appreciate the reductioning of difficulty here since these are 64ths, but plays a little bit awkwardly since the final note is on a 64th at 02:25.745 instead of the 32nd at 02:25.721. Would prefer the pattern to go to there instead, and will also help with playability of the pattern from its tightness in the first half of it.
03:01.487 - Missing hand from jump-hand bass syncopation. On the topic of these types of hands & jumps between 02:54.737 -> 03:03.925, my 2 cents is that these jump-hand pairings should be hand, followed by jump, instead of swapping back n' forth between hand first then jump, and then next iteration is jump first then hand, etc. This will have to be re-looked at regardless, with the missing hand at the beginning of this note.
03:25.581 - Consider adding in this single 16th, probably up arrow based on current layering.
File flows particularly well in some sections, other sections still have a fair bit of flow struggle or chokehold on them. I think the file will play alright, but my primary concern how some of the bursts will be handled with some of the current hand bias located within them, and by god, the 32nd minitrills are relentless.

I am considering using this file for a particular slot in the Official Tournament, so if you have fixes for the file, submitting them sooner rather than later would be ideal.

All notes suggestions taken aside from the hand layering at 3:01. Hand layering there goes to kick + strings and is consistent (or should be anyway). Made several changes that went beyond the judge comments. Wasn't happy with how much of the difficulty stemmed from the split 48ths into jumpglut transitions so I nerfed all of them. To compensate, buffed several of the static/breakdown sections and changed many instances of more rolly stream pattern to trill stream pattern for more abrasive static sounds. Additionally made minor tweaks to layering the make highlighted sounds more apparent (particularly in the jack chain sections). tl;dr: file should be much more polished and should be roughly the same difficulty as before, while having less of the difficulty jammed into annoying splitroll 48th transitions. Requesting another review by judge to see if file in its current state is given the thumbs up before marking as final. If judge ok's, uploaded version will be marked as final.

Looks good after a couple of checks. 1:20 still looks sketchy as hell on left-hand but plays fine.

Went over the entire file with a fine toothed comb last night when I had time, notes added are all 32nds in the "chorus" (lightest parts of the song) that were missing to static stutters. These do not affect difficulty. All sections double checked for consistency/accuracy, so this update should be final.

Layering fixes. I waited too long for this tbh, so if these don't make it in before release, I understand.
