Real Ultimate Power (Pizza69) [8/10]
8.282/etc. - i'd personally like these 24th bursts to have some sort of descending motion to them, so more use of 43 or 21 gallops rather than what you currently have. the 24th bursts feel a bit off as is and i feel as if some of it might have to do with a lack of blatant PR here

18.097 - personal suggestion because this section feels a bit muddy to me in general: you could do something like make this a [24] to create a minijack with [34] (because there are consecutive bass kicks). you can then make the triplet rhythm at 18.233 [13]4[12] to emphasise the crisper snare and cleanly separate the timbre of this rhythm from the one before it. it does require you to move the 16th stream patterns after around afterwards, but i think it gives these rhythms a more cleaner feel overall

20.006 - really tasteful 3[34] pattern here, i think it emphasises the snare nicely especially with the built right hand bias from the previous 8ths.

21.778 - i'd probably use a [14] jump here instead because of the different timbre from the previous percussion rhythm.

23.141 - potentially a missing jump here but i also understand the omission given that you want to emphasise the snare. i'd probably make a 24th gallop or something given the timbre of this sound but it's optional.

24.777 - would suggest creating an 8th minijack here connecting it to the [24] jump because of 24.232

26.958 - kind of a messy situation, i don't exactly like the [12] chord here because of the 3-note 8th anchor that it creates and the 1[12] minijack after, and i don't think the anchor needs to continue because of the timbre here, but i think given the pattern right after, this seems like the best of a messy situation more than anything else. the pattern right after is very appropriate for the rhythm after either, so i don't think anything can be done here. i'll point it out because it did seem a bit iffy to me, but i don't expect anything to be done here. it seems good enough and i might just be a stickler

27.913 - triple here would be great

28.935 - would suggest putting this on column 1 to avoid a minijack with 28.799, it's a different timbre altogether. you'd have to invert 29.071 to 29.276 and move some patterns around though

30.503 - similar to 21.778, but i would use [34] instead

My biggest complaint with the chart up to this point is the anchor use -- a lot of anchors feel like they go for a bit too long given the timbre of the rhythms and percussion, which makes hitting the chart a bit messy at points. I think a lot of the anchor use is forced because of how dense the chart's layering is, but there are a few parts that I felt the 8th anchors or minijacks can be more cleanly separated to give the chart a less muddy feel overall. This is mostly personal preference though, and I don't think it makes the chart that much worse because this is only applicable to the relatively "lighter" sections of the chart. I'll point it out much less often in the sections after because, frankly, anchors are bound to happen and the minijacks and bursts become the forefront of the chart by then. And the sections after are mostly great.

____

35.820 - 4-note anchor seems unnecessary here, i think you can invert the left hand minitrill here, though it requires some shifting around afterwards

46.276 - would use [12]3[14] instead because it's a different timbre from the rhythm before it, but this is minor

47.953 - would use a [23] jump here to avoid an anchor with 48.089 -- 48.089 is a pronounced enough rhythm to start its own anchor patterns

49.588 to 49.929 - i would probably invert the entire left hand part here because of the pattern right before it (prompts middle finger bias, and you've already hit a minijack on the index finger right before that as well). minor though

52.451 - this pattern threw me off most times i've played it. it's probably the overall left hand bias of the pattern, you're already hitting a 5-note 16th trill practically, and then you have to hit a 32nd 212 right after. i'd definitely suggest making this pattern a bit more even, but i'm not sure how to do so. at the very least i think something should be done about the 21[24] 32nd pattern.

53.542 - quad seems unnecessary here, triple would be sufficient

55.451 - would suggest [24] pattern to complement 54.905

56.950 - very very minor but this rhythm felt a little bit harder than usual, probably because of the 6-note anchor. i don't expect this to cause any issues in gameplay, but it felt a tiny bit off because it felt a little overemphasised

57.700 - could probably add a 16th here?

1:12.900 - the pitch of this sound changes slightly, so i'd suggest doing something like 2314324[13] for this (28th?) burst to sustain the right hand bias while emphasising the pitch change. again though, minor

1:21.625 - maybe you can invert this one handed trill to 4343? the bass kicks here are a bit muddled because of the existing [23] jump before it

1:22.784 - can't hear a note here, i'd remove it

1:22.852 - 4-note 32nd burst seems a touch overkill given the sound you're trying to represent, and this section seems a good bit harder than the rest in general. a 3-note 32nd burst feels appropriate here but it's up to you

1:31.304/1:31.372 - would suggest removing a note from each burst, the pattern here feels very continuous which i don't think fits the crashes well

some of the 24th -> 32nd burst patterns (e.g. 1:18.081 and 1:42.483) are pretty harsh but they're perfectly fine for what they're supposed to be.

There are a lot of suggestions here, but I definitely enjoyed playing through the chart and I think a lot of higher-level players will enjoy this too. Most of them are quite minor and I don't expect most charters or players to notice, but they stood out to me. The chart is definitely on the aggressive side and it can be a bit muddled as a result, but honestly given the type of song this is, I don't think that's much of an issue. The underlying rhythms in the chart when it gets going (35 seconds and beyond) are fun, and I really liked the last 40 seconds of the chart when it's just percussion. I'd definitely recommend putting this in the OT.
