Due to the exceptionally low difficulty, this file was brought up for discussion among the entire judge staff. Ultimately, the decision was made to reject this file.

-There's broad agreement that this is way too long for such an easy file.
-You would definitely need to change up the ending - it actually represents a pretty major difficulty spike for something this low difficulty.
-With the super low NPS approach, there's very little to generate player interest - PR is difficult to even notice because there's 5 seconds between each note
-Somewhat subjectively, the very low difficulty files need much more energetic music than this to draw players in to the game.

This will unfortunately have to be the final decision here - everyone on judge staff had the chance to weigh in on this so there's no one to take a rating appeal to.
