They get included in some places like 00:59.628, but not here because of what, vocals? They can go together. Just anchor the vocals, or treat vocals as jumps. There’s been a lot of vocal anchoring already in the song and don’t understand why it’s not being applied elsewhere for sake of structure to allow for another instrument that’s already used sparingly.
