I feel this file lacks a sense of progression most 1-2 difficulty files have, especially in the first half (and especially in comparison to the music). This can be improved by reducing everything before 14.509 to single notes.
38.509 should be a single at most imo, it's not as prominent
Your (apparent) goal of making an easier file of part 1 than part 2 limits what you can do here a fair bit. It contributes to a file that doesn't do a whole lot and as is doesn't go much of anywhere despite the underlying music being all build up. Still, I think you've achieved the goal through your strict limitations, and the two parts work together fairly well. This one is fine as is, but I think the above tweaks would help the file a fair bit.
*Note that starting with the May/June 2021 batch, two judges will review each file. Ratings are not final until both judges have posted their notes and the file status is updated.*

Rapta - Form, Part 1 [8.25/10]
Syncing [*/3]: (2.5/3)
- Offset: -0.109 -> -0.10525 (timestamps throughout review are with respect to -0.109 offset)
Playability [*/3]: (3/3)
- Simple very accessible file. Short enough to not bore the players. Beginner-friendly chart too.
Technicality [*/3]: (2/3)
- 38.509: This seems less emphasized compared to the other jumps. Perhaps a single note here would suffice?
- Compared to all of the jumps in the file, the notes in 46.509 and 49.709 don't seem to warrant hands. My guess is that you are trying to emphasize "climax theory"?
Recommendations [*/1]: (0.75/1)
- Good easy chart overall. I think more thought could be put into making the patterns more aligned to PR while cycling through all possible jump combinations. This would help add more structure to the chart while achieving the same goal of letting beginner's practice their jump execution.
Rating [*/10]: 8.25/10
- Solid easy file overall. Optionally can use more structure in jump placements, but overall solid. Well done! :)
