Just a word. The chart's I've submitted are based off the Pump It Up charts which mostly explains the finicky patterns and strange and sudden instrumental switches and what not. The one prior to this one was based off the S19 seen here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5h5l0Kb_XQQ
But I'm pretty sure I've fixed most of the issues if not all.

17.155-27.038 - this section feels really empty. I would encourage filling out the rhythm more completely. Bare minimum including notes on eg. 18.302 and 18.390 (and all repeats). I would include these notes to smooth out the overall difficulty curve of the file, which falls off a cliff here in comparison to much of the rest of the file and in comparison to the music here. I like the repetitive pattern use here though, but I suggest changing the pattern up for underlying chord changes at 21.390/22.096, and keeping a different repeating pattern starting at 22.802 (like you already have there).
28.626/29.332 - missing notes for piano
29.508/29.685, 30.567/30.743 - PR backwards; piano going down, steps going up. This happens a few more times too in this section from 28.449-39.743.
39.743-49.626 - you can keep following the piano in here within this jump structure buildup
62.685-70.802 - you had been following the drum with jumps earlier in this buildup. I think you can keep doing that until the 16ths come in at 70.802. The jumps you do have in this section seem random, I suggest removing them and continuing the drum jumps you had previously.
63.567 - ghost note
64.626 - ghost note, missing note on 64.802
72.214 - I'd probably prefer just jumps (and a maybe standout colour on them) instead of the flams, but the flams work too. (Super subjective, can leave it as is)
92.861 - I'd shuffle around this trill because the music isn't really trilling here. (This 5-note one stands out too much in comparison to the others.)
96.214-101.155 - Hands feel out of place compared to the rest of the file. I'd recommend staying with jumps for the whole file.

Pitch relevancy in slower sections needs a lot of improvement still. It stands out a lot when the music dies down like that so it's important to really nail it there unlike in the big stream patterns where it isn't quite as important (though would still be great to see!) Higher notes right, lower notes left (as much as possible), and keep an eye out for erroneous jacks (eg. 113.685/114.214).

This one is coming along, but as is here needs too much work before I can accept it. Keep at it!

*Note that starting with the May/June 2021 batch, two judges will review each file. Ratings are not final until both judges have posted their notes and the file status is updated.*

"39.743-49.626 - you can keep following the piano in here within this jump structure buildup."
I'd rather not create a jumpstream. The biggest thing I wanted to avoid when making this chart was making a jumpstream because personally I don't enjoy playing such patterns.

"62.685-70.802 - you had been following the drum with jumps earlier in this buildup. I think you can keep doing that until the 16ths come in at 70.802. The jumps you do have in this section seem random, I suggest removing them and continuing the drum jumps you had previously."
For this part I tried to keep the jumps assigned to the snares rather than just solely drums. Upon further inspection I could've done a better job.

I want the main difficulty to be focused on the streams but I also don't want the slower parts to be lacking in comparison. But I also don't want them to be harder than the streams themselves, which is mainly why I tried to avoid creating jumpstreams as often as possible. (That and personal preference)
For pitch relevancy I understand the concept of what I need to do but it's just a bit difficult to differentiate higher and lower notes with this song especially at parts like the beginning at 5.861. This along with that I'd hate to have half of the slow parts be the same 2 notes so I try to chart them with the most variation.

In my latest rendition of this chart, for the section at 62-70, I've better assigned jumps to snares, and kicks to regular downs, doing my best not to ramp the difficulty too much before the stream.
Along with the streams, I've cleaned up the patterns a bit so that they aren't just completely random and have some structure and cascade together to go a bit better with the song.
So I hope my next submission will be the one you accept.
(Also flams are staying)

Tundrus - Point Zero 2 [5.5/10]

Syncing [*/3]: (2.5/3)
- Offset: -0.214 -> -0.213379 (timestamps throughout review are with respect to -0.214 offset)
Playability [*/3]: (2/3)
- Streamy file and accessible patterns for D3 and D4 players. Nothing jarring in terms of patterning and file is relatively short.
- Only thing I would recommend to make the file more fun is to build more consistency with your stepping decisions. Having some structure allows the file to become a lot more fun when jumps are reserved for specific noises, singles are reserved for other noises, etc. It's challenging to understand that
Technicality [*/3]: (1/3)
- 5.861 - 11.155: 8ths are inconsistently stepped. Either they all exists or they all don't exist depending on what your goals are in terms of emphasizing patterns
- 17.155 - 27.038: Patterns are oversimplified and can potentially add more layering. You should try to distinguish the pitches between each part (for example 20.685 and 21.390 should have different patterning)
- 28.449 - 39.743: There are some missing notes with the piano and the pitch relevancy can significantly be improved here.
- 64.626, 66.038: ghost notes
- 64.802: missing note
- 73.273 - 73.626: Something seems off here. Check with rates if you can.
- 96.214 - 101.861: Hands are a bit too strong here, especially since the sounds after this section are mapped as jumps.
- 101.861 - 106.096: Jumps are inconsistent here. I would advise rethinking what is defined as a jump and what isn't.
- 107.508 - end: Pitch relevancy can be significantly improved.
Recommendations [*/1]: (0/1)
- Despite it potentially being catered to possibly D3 and D4 players, I think the steps could potentially capture much more from the song than what your steps suggest. There also seems to be a significant lack of structure which needs better defining throughout. There's also a lot of missed opportunities to capture BPM changes in the file to better distinguish slower parts from faster parts too.
Rating [*/10]: 5.5/10
- There are a ton of ghost and missing notes, and there is lost opportunity to utilize pitch relevancy effectively in the chart. I would highly recommend looking at the file in slower rates to make sure all steps are properly represented. Good attempt, but needs significant polishing for FFR.
