File submitter wanted to submit a last minute update to the file, but couldn't. Figured since we haven't reached feb/mar batch yet, this is fine.
A new chart file was uploaded with the following changes:

Tempestissimo
-------------
- Perms, sync, metadata good.
* start-18.405: I really think this intro should feel a bit more like an intro. The layering feels excessive throughout, and in particular the big fat jumptrill at 8.016 feels like waaaay too much. I suggest reducing the layering a little--for example, with the piano, you could save jumps for the major chords. (e.g. 3.860 gets a jump but 3.081 doesn't, and only the first note of the jumptrill is a jump)
- 23.990: Different pitch than previous jump, suggest [23].
- 24.639: I like your decision of bringing in the 16ths here (rather than anywhere before), it's tastefully done and accents the buildup nicely.
- 30.353: This is notably spicier than the split jumptrill bursts you had earlier. The difference in sound is relatively minor, so this section may feel more cohesive if this just becomes another spilt jumptrill.
- 30.873: On the other hand, this section feels strangely easy. The patterning becomes much friendlier (since the anchors are greatly reduced) and the layering gets lighter (e.g. 32.431 is singles instead of a split jumptrill) with no apparent audio cue.
- 38.795: This is way the heck harder than those little 24th rolls before, but the percussion is the same except the beat (which is much stronger). Suggest making this singles leading into a jump or hand on the beat.
- 40.418: Missing melody 16th.
- 42.172: This is way harder than the 24th burst to a pretty minor change in sound. 32nds are acceptable, a 24th trill would also be acceptable, but a 32nd trill is a bit much.
- 53.730-55.808: Bringing the 8ths in here is good, but I feel the layering is a little overdone and it doesn't feel quite as much like a break as it should.
* 56.457: No idea what this pair of minijacks is for, there are no repeated sound here.
- 60.678, 61.717, etc.: I believe these are ghost notes... it's hard to tell if there's some faint pitch bend with the synth, but if there is it's not really audible on full speed, so I'd suggest removing them anyways.
- 63.340: The brass here deserves some accenting imo. (Looks like you might have layered it in, but misplaced it on the 8ths?) Occurs later in the section as well.
- 69.509: Missing note.
- 80.224: Quads definitely feel overdone here.
* 116.198: This sequence is really spiky--that transition from the right-handed trill into the jumptrill is brutal to hit. You'll have to break the trill off a little earlier, which should let you smoothen out the transition a bit. The jumptrill also starts a 16th earlier than it should, and I might argue that it should be a dense jumpstream run instead of just a jumptrill because the sound changes pretty significantly halfway through it.
- 126.457-130.613: PR could use some work here.
- 132.561: Slowdown trills are always tough to hit, you may want to make these 24ths a roll like previously in the chart.
* Your layering throughout the chart is a bit inconsistent. Your general structure is good, but the details get muddied here and there. Some examples to start you off:
- 19.120: This should be a jump like 21.198, or both should be singles.
- 19.899, 20.029: Why are these jumps? It seems like you're using jumps for the melody here, and you don't have them at e.g. 20.288.
- 24.704: Not sure what this jump is for.
- 27.756, 29.834, etc: What makes these hands instead of jumps?
- 29.574: You used a jump at 27.496.
- The idea for this file is definitely there, and you made some good decisions about omitting certain elements of the song that make those sections of the chart feel pretty tasteful. However, it's got some spikes that should be resolved (mostly odd minijacks and the one-handed trill into jumptrill transition), and the layering is pretty inconsistently done throughout. I understand you're still fairly new in the charting scene, and this is definitely an ambitious early chart, so please feel free to DM me if you have any questions about the review or anything along those lines.
