Designed to piss people off. This is a resubmit from last time when I didn't update with conditional fixes in time. All conditional fixes are in as well as a few other fixes from Gradiant's notes.

If you wanna use it for OT14, go nuts.

* 2.951: These four colour notes are all about 33ms early.
- 24.596: Should be at 24.473.
- 26.507: This is pretty strikingly different from the last cyan note, recommend switching columns.
- 33.120: While this note still makes sense for the squeak, there's no vocal here and so you may wish to remove it for accenting.
- 38.401: The melody you're colouring green isn't present here, should be normally coloured. Same for the minijack at 48.859.
- 41.389-ish: Missing white note for vocal.
- 49.832: Arguable missing white note for vocal, though there is other stuff going on here that wasn't in previous iterations, so omitting it is fine.
- 52.013-64.700: This section is really well done.
- 71.319: At 75.548, this is a white jump. Suggest changing this to match.
- 80.757: Different instrument, shouldn't be part of trill.
- 84.854: Misrhythm, should be 48ths starting from the 24th at 84.876.
- 89.677: Missing 32nd hi-hat between this and the next note.
- 87.046: You start treating this inconsistently from this point on--at 91.263 it's a yellow note, and it's omitted entirely at 99.721.
- 102.761: This and the next flam are 24ths, not 48ths.
- 108.972: Bit of swing on this piano note, should be on the 24th.
- 109.842: No piano note here, may be more impactful to omit this.
- 117.165: No need for an anchor this awkward.
- 131.482: Should technically be on the previous 32nd at 131.471. Minor concern.
- 131.835: How come the gaps between these yellow notes are uneven? Is this for framefixing purposes? I notice the smaller gap is 33ms exactly.

- Many small notes, but most are fairly inconsequential in terms of playability. Strongly suggest fixing 2.951 and at least giving 148.751 a look. I liked the 52.013 section and the minijacks near the end, and the chart overall plays clean. [7.5/10]
