3PM [6/10]

11.297 should be a jump
12.159 I know you're trying to avoid density too early on but this missing jump here feels off for how loud the sound that you've been layering jumps to is. You can quite easily pattern a fairly smooth burst around it
15.435 vs. 20.953, 21.987 etc. - for this sound in particular, I do not think 15.435 should have a minitrill embedded in it. When you step this sound elsewhere, as with the other timestamps, it comes without the 24th minitrill + you have the other sound in this area (19.573) that you already step minitrills to, so this muddies your patterning expression.
29.050 subjective but the sweep here doesn't need to be stepped; it creates a sense of continuity in this area when the music is definitely giving a sense of stop-and-go
32.332 probably should be jump given 33.366 etc
32.504-33.194 PR in this area is somewhat off for the melody
35.435+35.608 should probably have at least one note connecting them given the drum; 35.780 should be moved away from that note (and probably shouldn't be a jump either, given 36.125 not being one)
*** 37.504++ here onwards - you omit the jump on the 8th following this for the same sound, but I'm not too sure why. This runs into the next section [48.884++] too so it seems like a very deliberate action, but I'm not convinced about it given that you step the prior 8th as a jump anyway, and there's a ton of jumps on the 4ths to much quieter percussion.
39.228 this is a very aggressive burst in a quiet section; there's audibly only one note between the 8th and the 4th; could justify two for the slide perhaps
40.608 jump?
41.987 same as 39.228 + would repattern so that it doesn't look and play nearly the same as the burst right before, considering they are two entirely different sounds
43.022, 44.056 - same as prior for this sound, the OHT here is particularly aggressive again given the relative chillness of this section
55.435 hammers home the confusion for me about not having a jump to these sounds previously; suddenly you have them (and create a minijack with them too - which is justified btw imo). In any case the minijack should probably be between the 8th and the 16th, not the 16th and 8th given the sound
1.11.815 relook the PR over these next five notes I think; melody strongly ascending but this pattern feels kinda mixed

Next part is solid

1.23.826 still not a fan of how aggressive these bursts are - especially at this timestamp where you can hear there's nothing a the 24th. I don't mean to dicksync these, but I think reducing one arrow from these fast 48th bursts would uniformly lead to a better playing experience
1.28.022 goodness this jumpglut is kinda surprising, especially given you (appropriately) weren't stepping jumps to this melody right before. it's really soft
1.28.711-1.32.849 check jump layering in this area; there's nothing that hits the 4th, and only the 4th, uniformly like this. Otherwise the patterning in this area is nice
The jump usage in the following section is still sorta unclarified; you've always been doing jumps to the kicks before & in this section but then there are parts like 1.44.832 & 1.45.263 where you omit them
*** 1.39.746 Feels like a massive spike. In general this section, with its renewed focus on polyrhythms, while an interesting idea, really throws the difficulty structure of this file out of whack considerably - it ends up being a 20-second do-or-die section in a song that is uniformly quite chill, including this section itself. In short, pattern intensity is not matching musical intensity here by quite a bit.
1.50.435 this should probably be something trillier (not a big trill, though, unless you're feeling ultra-trolly) given how you've stepped this sound previously
1.52.246 jump?
1.52.389 if you're going to do this jumpglut thing then this should be one as well (and omit the 16th)

2.15.091 as a personal plea this reverse PR is really really noticeable

Rest repeats, won't go into detail except to note that the 8th jumps being inconsistent is repeated here again (and then in the new section starting 2.52.504 you do end up layering the 8th jumps as expected for one iteration, before it gets dropped at 2.55.780)

I think this file is actually pretty cool, but it feels like there's a bunch of inconsistencies at the moment that still needs some ironing out. This, plus the lopsided difficulty structure noted at 1.39.746, gives me concern. I know this is a resub so I was on the fence about this, but this is within appeal range if you feel strongly that it should go as is - I personally think it could do with some more baking time as it's got the potential to be quite unique.
