- There are some pretty flat and unobtrusive sounds that the chart emphasizes as bursts, e.g. 29.533 and 36.834--even 35.493 I think I'd just follow with a white hand personally. These strike me as a little much, particularly because the chart is rather conservative with burst patterning in general, usually keeping them slow and easily patterned--these bursts divert attention away from those to buzzes or rapid percussion which I feel are more deserving.
- More generally, I feel like burst emphasis is often misplaced. 40.262, for example, is a really interesting pattern and I like the idea of it a lot, but the buzz it goes to is relatively subdued compared to sounds like 38.026 or 104.188, which go to much more impactful sounds and yet are pretty much just slow rolls.
- I also feel like 8th anchor usage is weirdly subdued at times. The 56.504 note below is an example of this and similar instances like 124.007, the mini-jumptrill at 27.893 doesn't feel very impactful to hit at all and could honestly just be an 8th jack, etc. You're not afraid to use them, e.g. at 69.766, so omitting shorter ones that are clear audibly feels odd.

- 24.913: Pretty similar in sound to 47.563, trilly pattern may be more appropriate here.
- 45.030: Should probably resemble 40.262 more.
- 45.775: Suggest moving the 12th minijack off column 1, this minitrill is a bit less isolated than most.
- 46.893: Why's this a jump?
- 50.693-54.567: Really like how you disengage this sequence, very nice to hit.
- 56.504: I understand what you're doing with these minijacks, but it does feel odd with the actual minijack sound not getting a minijack. I think it would feel more natural using 3-note jacks instead, e.g. [124]11[234]44.
- 69.170: Nice white note usage.
- 72.151: Very nice doubled bpm usage.
- 78.707: I think it would be better to allow for some split jacks here (and in other similar spots) to avoid getting caught up in a 5-note anchor when the longest the song really justifies is 2. Something like [24][24][134][12][12].
- 128.478: Not acknowledging this buzz?
- 176.708: You omitted this at 14.582.

- I have a couple of pretty far-reaching subjective disagreements with this chart, but it's technically sound, definitely does make some nice decisions, and is something I think many people would enjoy. CQ is just on the metadata. [8/10 CQ]

24.913 - sure. i was being a bit too prudent here for sure.
45.030 - agreed, fixed
45.775 - mhm, changed
46.893 - snare is prominent enough to justify a double.
56.504 - yeah i think the cymbal crashes here make more sense to be minijacks rather than the snares themselves. changed.
78.707 - in general I'm extremely unhappy with this motif, and I think I'll be changing this motif to see what I can do. this should amend this (inadvertently) but yeah.
128.478 - added a 20th. can't add more than that because the buzz ends on the 8th.
176.708 - christ I'm dumb. thanks

- There are a couple of sounds that I don't think should've been bursts in hindsight. I tried to go by feel for this because the burst usage here is actually fairly aggressively layered even if the patterns are quite lenient. The timestamps you mentioned I did feel could justify bursts; but there were a few very quiet bursts that I had reservations with (along with a few sounds that in general didn't have the right attack to justify bursts), so I changed those. Thanks for bringing this up to me.

- The anchor usage is particularly jarring when it came to the main motif of the song. That said there were definitely a few underwhelming sections here and there that I fixed up. A lot of the chart certainly felt very underwhelming to play through a year+ after making the chart, so I changed it. It's visually far less striking, but I think it fits more than fine kinaesthetically.

Thanks for the notes. I'll keep in touch.
