oh boy i get to pop my judge cherry with this!!!

Hello (BPM) 2021 (Pizza69) [6.5/10]
0.xxx - you didn't chart the metronome in the intro? blasphemous (please don’t layer the metronome you did good)
17.893/18.843/etc - i get what you're trying to do with using the same pattern for each 2 measures or so but i don't think that it works out here too well because of how slippery split rolls/rolls are and how easy they are relative to other streams in the chart. i more or less agree with the idea of using repeated patterns for every 2 measures, but you can definitely use a more varied stream pattern that repeats every 8 notes rather than just rolls.
31.371 - very minor but this can be a bit straining on the left hand because of the 12th not too far away from it. make this 1[23]1[23] would be fine but you'd have to do some changes afterwards
39.268 - i hate this so much but i think that this is fine. i would prefer something that isn't a split jumptrill but still has some OH trilliness, but this is a very very minor thing.

the dense jumpstreams in this section have some pretty interesting nuance with the [24]3[14]2[13] usage and i think that that’s cool. the patterns are also fairly comfortable.

44.553 - given the main rhythm that you're layering as a split jumptrill immediately after this (very soft), i would probably omit this note because of the hidden 5-note OH trill
45.443 - having one OH minitrill is fine, but given the sound present here on 1.0, a split jumptrill wouldn't really work. would suggest changing the split jumptrill to [13]212 instead
45.681 - feels like something more should be going on here other than a 4-note trill but i'll leave that up to you
46.393 to 47.225 - this small patch is really really rolly which i think is a bit offputting given how dense and anchory the rest of the chart is. i don't have any direct suggestions for this, but i think a couple of 3-note one hand minitrills or 4th minijacks in general would help.
54.706/etc. - can't quite hear a 16th burst here (at least given the sounds that you've been layering so far, which are quite audible), so i think the 20th burst should actually be a 16th burst instead.
56.012/etc. - so a player would generally be jumptrilling almost all of this because of how the 12th patterns work out along with the 16th/20th bursts. this is probably intentional, but it comes at the expense of the player not feeling out the 3 main buzzes. personally i'd just make every buzz a 16th (the second one is just a bit higher in pitch) and ignore the 12ths entirely and water them down to 8ths, but that evokes a very different effect and it might not be what you're looking for. either way i do feel that, for the sake of following the song a bit more precisely, this pattern is a bit too homogeneous as is (though this is obviously done for playability purposes, but by then i would make the pattern slower).
** 56.692/etc. - this is way too difficult. the anchors in this are insanely hard and you have to balance it with a couple of extended runs of one hand trilling. this chart will not enter acceptance range without this fixed
1:10.144 to 1:11.450/etc. - rhythms are correct, but i do feel that this section gets a bit overlayered at 1:10.500 and afterwards because the percussion isn't quite as pronounced anymore. i don't know if you want to make a good portion of these a note less from each chord (with the exceptions of like, 1:10.738 and 1:11.094, 1:11.450, and the handgluts after), but this section does feel a tiny bit much.
1:30.807 - this should probably be a straight roll, you're already doing one hand trilling in the 12ths, so this should be a bit more generously patterned

no problems with the stream sections after, cool use of minijacks in general.

2:08.095 - would suggest using 6th minijacks to represent the 16th buzzes if you're not willing to layer this more accurately. the 16th buzzes are quite prominent and it would be a really good idea to follow them in some capacity.

Lots of points but nothing particularly damning beyond 56.692. I do think that the chart has a decent structure, most of the suggestions aren't particularly substantial and won't change the structure of the chart too much. There's a decent amount of reserve whenever necessary, and I think that, even for a chart this hard, there is some nuance present that makes the chart more interesting than just an amorphous blob of arrow. That said I do think that some sections are a bit more overbearing than they should be (the bursts particularly), so do give them a second look.

Fixed everything mentioned except:
- 17.893/etc: Honestly I'm having a lot of trouble patterning this in a way that keeps difficulty balanced without being either weirdly repetitive or too unstructured. I think that this section plays alright as it is and so I don't think it's worth the effort for me unfortunately.
- 1:10.144/etc: It doesn't get that much quieter, I think it would feel more out of place to reduce it halfway through than to keep it as it is
- 1:30.807: Kept the split-roll, but dropped the 12th burst leading out of it--it can't be consistently patterned without just being a big stupid jumptrill, it's fainter than the others, and what is there just gets drowned out by the 16ths anyway.

Thanks for the notes!
