I've just started learning html and CSS, and I'm trying to make a website (for my music).
On a website, how do you keep the same image in the same place on every page, without manually having to do it? Also, how do you do the same thing with a table, filled with text containing hyperlinks? |

i think you are saying you want something like a nav bar to stay in one place on every page of the site, would this be correct?
i think i know what you are trying to do with the image, i'll post the code when i get home. |

Well if I understood you correctly I'm pretty sure it's impossible with only CSS/HTML.
You have to use a server-side application.. such as PHP. Just make it as a file and on each page use: include() if you're familiar. EDIT: OR just copy and paste ![]() Last edited by xjohnieboyx; 07-7-2007 at 06:09 PM.. |
