Can't download simfile?

Sorry if this is a known problem, but the only topics related I found were from December, so I decided this must be a separate incident.

I can't download some simfiles (others work fine) from my home computer. I can do it on some others. Specifically, I can't download this one: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...p?songid=10224

It just gives me a ~300 byte file every time. I tried clearing the cache (since that seems to be the solution to everything here). No luck. Tried using IE, Firefox and Opera to download it. Same result, that tiny file.

I believe that this problem is in certain SMzips.

Did it try to save it as a text file?

No, it identifies properly as a .zip file and tries to open with winrar, but it's obviously not actually downloading it (or not downloading the right one). Bizarrely, it worked on my friend's computer, but not on mine.

It's a possibility that the simfile you're trying to download isn't a simfile at all; just a simfile that was improperly saved. If not, then it's a possibility that you need to get WinZip. You can use it for free, and there's no harm in using both WinZip and WinRAR, since both work like the same thing, just for .zip's and .rar's accordingly.

Doesn't work; the problem isn't the program I'm extracting it with (since winrar does .zip as well) but that I'm not getting the right thing from the server for some reason.

I'll bug DarkTechnomancer to re-upload and see if that changes anything tomorrow. (Though... others have downloaded it before I tried. It's a very odd phenomenon)
