I know this has been mentioned before in other posts, but i thought it needed its own topic with no ambiguity.
Lower quality = No animated backgrounds, maybe? No animated ratings... things like that

That is definately a possibility. The problem is the way the whole FFR structure works. The backgrounds are kind of embedded into the levels that load in and it would take an enormous amount of work to go through all 60+ levels and change their structure.

With that being said there may be a way to turn off movieclips from loaded files within the main engine of FFR. I will look into that.
