Downloadable version suggestion.
I think it would be a good idea to instead of having the downloadable version be an .exe, but just a blank HTML file with the Flash file on it. Kind of like at the website www.heromachine.com, how when you download it it's just a HTML file with the Flash file on it. That way, us Mac and other odd-ball OS users would be able to use it offline.

We had that discussion before and Synth doesn't want to release the swf file. In doing so, he'd allow the public to be able to hack his code pretty easily (or just duplicate it).
I'm not sure how much damage you could do with the swf(s) but it's his baby... |

My big worry was that people would run outdated versions of the engine and song and those versions have no way of telling the users that they are outdated yet they would still try to alter the hi-score tables for the downloadable versions. It is just not structured enough to developed enough to let those types of files out yet. I would think we eventually might do something like that but cannot make any promises.

Definately, still looking for some packaging apps that group .swfs together.
