Well, i visited the offical website for it and there was the link there to the forum thread to download it, but its down for some reason (i think).

Click the FIRST link that you see through that thread. Not the tutorial. That's why that's a tutorial, to teach you how to use it. It's not the OFFICIAL site. If you're too lazy to find the d/l link off of that, here it is:

Depending on what version you have, you'll have to d/l one of those two.
