Default how do you play 2 handed? o.O

uhh yeah. i play one-handed and i seem to be doing ok, but i see that people who play two handed play better. anyone explain how to?

left middle - left arrow
left index - down arrow
right index - up arrow
right middle - right arrow

You know how the hand you usually play with has fingers on it? Hopefully, the other one has fingers on it too. You can use those fingers to hit the arrows also.

Asked and answered. I'm looking for a lock here.
