Resolution is an Instantaneous Phase, since there's nothing that any player has to do for it, it happens immediately.

I need movement orders from everyone still alive. Remember that any guards that are still alive will randomly move to a room on this floor where a person was last Decision Phase.

I hope the rest of the unit reports in soon as well; to lose a teammate so early in our mission would be terrible.

Olive, no one reported that they were in a room with anyone else, and everyone reported in already. Therefore, everyone is still alive, at least until Decision Phase 2. No need to check in now. Only a gas terminal could kill someone at this point under these conditions, and there are very few of those, and no one knows where anyone else is. So, the odds of a Patriot finding a gas terminal during Phase 1 AND knowing the room of someone else is very very slim.

Btw, who alerted the guards? I'd like to know if they killed one or not. Don't say what floor or anything, just let us know what we're dealing with here.

Grey, since Patriots have a higher initiative then everyone else, they get to kill first, instanatly, no matter what. So the only way to be completely sure that everyone is alive is if everyone checks in. If someone was killed by a Patriot, they have no way of contacting anyone else.
