How close do you live to (Asian place)?

How close do we live to (Asian place)?

Since you live in the UK, and we all live in the US, that's why.

Oh wow actually going west from California to Korea/Japan looks the same distance as going East to Korea/Japan from the UK.

        Crap.

Honestly, FFR as a name fails in comparison to Xqsite but whatever.. your choice.

When I see Xqsite, I think of a retarded way of spelling exquisite. People are going to look at our guild and think it means exquisite -.-

When I think of FFR, I think of all of the regulars, then the flash game. Random people are actually somewhat likely to recognize FFR the flash game. Many people have played it. Even if it was just at a friend's house. I'm sure more than a million have, even though there're only 930,000+ accounts, and many people have multiple accounts.

Mine has about 1min left to download and then I'll install and run the patcher.

                      Re: Trickster: The game

I ran the installer and holy **** is it ever slow then it said my C Drive was running low on space even though I chose an EMPTY 30 GIG drive to install into.. apparently a ton of files go to C Drive as well..

So I went and uninstalled as much as I could on C Drive and deleted useless stuff.. I barely have 20 programs in C Drive now and I only have like 3gig left.. my fcking program files folder on my C Drive is only 2GIG and the drive is 14GIG..so I'm going to defrag the drive cause I dont know where like 7GIG is being used when my Program Files is only 2.xGIG and my WINDOWS folder is like 2.xGIG.. so wtf?

                        Less than nine hours now...

Regarding the name, in some ways I agree with Fallen. Xqsite would stay true to the roots, and it was also the name of the MS FFR guild. It all really depends on the public image we want to send... do we want everybody to know we're from FFR? Simple as that. Maybe we should check with a mod/admin to make sure it's even permissable (I'd assume it is, given the situation) to represent ourselves under the FFR name... Squeek?

Btw, like Scorpio said, the music is good. Still totally cutsie like MS, but orchestrated better. More (and more complex) melodic lines going on, better recording quality, etc.

                          Re: Trickster: The game

The only reason the guild in MS is named xqsite is because the name had to be more than 3 characters. If there is a similar character limit in Trickster, then we should definitely keep the xqsite name. Really, xqsite.com as a name would make more sense than just xqsite, but dots prolly wouldn't be allowed. But yeah, if FFR works, than I'd say that's better.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

Maybe I'll just be forced to get this game a day late. Not like the download's gonna be any less rushed tonight than it is tomorrow.

That is assuming I can't get it to download and patch successfully, which I won't even try until I'm done doing other stuff first.
