Still a toss up between fox and cat. Depends who's more of the rouge class. I think its cat. Anyway, im downloading the game and ive signed up to the site. Is there anything else I need to do before I can play the game on monday?

ROFL. The highest lvl monster in the game is lvl 999. I find that absolutely hilarious. I take it lvling is going to be quick.

Well you only get upgraded stats every four levels so leveling would have to be quick, and most of the dungeons/lands have monsters 100-300 with bosses ranging even higher (777, 999).

If you want to be able to play this by tomorrow night or monday you should patch asap.

I'm probably gonna stick to a gunner/heavy hitter due to how I play it in every game, but I wouldn't suggest you guys worry about builds yet. We'll all probably change our characters eventually.

PS - Haven't read last 2 pages, so sorry if someone already said this.

Yeah, I tried downloading it, 27 minutes. The first time it failed almost immediately at .5%, and the next time it failed at 100%.

I won't try it again for a bit.

Hey, looking through the game files it has all the music on .mp3 which is kind of neat. I'm listening to it now, just started the first song and it doesn't sound that bad.

Edit:Ya this music puts MS to shame.

Hah, I just ran the update again and I guess it just read through all the files it had already patched and it patched just the last one and it says it's complete, Tosh try one more time if it got to 100%

I'm downloading as we speak but it'll be 5 hours before it downloads because the website is only allowing me to download at 20kb.

If there is going to be a guild Gonzo should name it Xqsite, original FFR name for the win.


EDIT: Go to the folder in your C drive and run the patcher there.
EDIT2: The download on IE got corrupted and now I'm doing it on FireFox and it's holding just under 100kb, 1 hour til finish..hope it holds omfg..

I don't get why we can't just name it FFR, since that's what everyone knows it by/as(Squeek pl0x).

And yeah, I'm talking about my download failing at 100% after it'd tried downloading for 27 minutes. I probably just live closer to the server or something.

I really hope I can get this thing all set up within the next 12 hours and 8.5 minutes.
