A thought: Why don't we have an FFR related TWG? Like where the wolves are avmisses and the humans are players and the blues would be Mods and Admins. I think it'd be mad funny.

Odd fact, Black and white flashing like that can't cause a seizure. Only flashing colors can (like red and green or something).

Four stood around their dark altar. Four chanted, arms moving in mystic passes over the bound and gagged body of their victim. All four wore deep black robes, completely obscuring their faces as they carried out their dark magic.

The helpless form strapped to the altar tried to scream, tried to buck free of their bonds as occult symbols were etched into their flesh, blood welling up to spill onto the ground as the chanting rose to a crescendo.

An eerie red light began to creep up from the ground as the dark figures chanted in supplication, and the light became a thick mist, rising impossibly from the ground to engulf the body of their victim.

A low scream, audible even through the gag and the chanting began to rise as the very soul of their chosen prey was pulled out of its body by the mystical forces of evil they had summoned there.

At last the ritual was ended, and the body slumped down, void of life. The dark adepts took the body and carried it back to town to serve as a further example of their powers.

Morning rose upon the town, and with it, the townsfolk, none of whom slept well if at all. As if by common unspoken consent, they all assembled back at the chapel, arriving just as Reverend GamerShadow was opening the doors.

Everyone began to file inside, searching the crowd for missing faces, for guilty expressions. Suddenly a shocked yell burst out, as meno_rocks117 approached the front of the church.

"Jesus Christ! It's Roundbox! They Killed Roundbox!"

Everyone rushed to the front of the church, stifling gasps, for there at the foot of the altar lay Roundbox, shirtless with the same hideous runes carved into his flesh.

Detective PntBalla18 pushed his way to the front of the crowd, ordering everyone back, as Thunderstrike687 pulled out his camera to snap photos for the newspaper.

"Alright" said PntBalla18 "Everyone just back off. Thunderstrike, just get your pictures and stay outta my way, Doc come have a look at this guy"

Doctor Litodude approached the body, reaching down to check for a pulse, and to examine the wounds.

"He's dead, no doubt of that. Looks like a few hours ago at most. If they grabbed him last night, they must have kept him alive a while before they finally did him in, some of these wounds can't be more than three hours old."

The door to the church slammed closed, and as everyone spun around in surprise, Captain BDN, in his full uniform of a US Marshal stood there, loaded rifle in hand.

"Alright, that's enough. This here constitutes an emergency, and I'm putting the town under martial law. We all heard the professor last night, someone of US is the one what did this, which means the one what did this is in this room. Nobody leaves until we find out which one of you sickos killed Roundbox, and we do for you what you did for him."

Father GamerShadow came forward "BDN, surely you would not bring violence into God's house?"

BDN levelled the rifle at the priest "Now look here Father, I ain't aiming to use this on a holy man, but this whole thing's got devil-worship all over it, and I've seen me enough movies to know sometimes the Priest is the worst of the lot. Now, I won't be after killing a man on holy ground, and once we find out who did it, I'll as soon shoot him in the gutter as anywhere else, but you just sit yourself down a spell while we think about this."

x3Mamimi stood up "Well now then BDN, how do we know it ain't you we should be worried about, coming in here all armed and dangerous?"

BDN nodded his head, unloaded the rifle and leaned it against the wall. "That's as may be, and it seems like suspecting anyone ain't a bad plan about now. Let's just think this through like reasonable folk."

And so the people of this cursed town set about to plan the murder of one of their own.

Day 1 has started, you have 48 hours to vote on who you want to lynch for the murder. Phantoms will be assessed as usual if the round ends without an insta and someone has failed to vote. Round ends at 4:00pm EST on Wednesday April 16th.
