    What will the 'level of activity' be in order to have a legit safety?

    And (to me anyways) I don't think safety = inactive, I think it's more like "I have nothing to go on, so I'll vote for anyone w/o votes"...
    Funny stuff goes in this area right?

        As long as make a contribution, your fine. Putting out suspicious convos, disagreeing with someone (with reasons, not just saying "you are rong, lulz") something that shows you care about the game.

                                                        Also, about the safety/phantom thing, people will just call it a vote three minutes into the day instead of a safety in order not to get a phantom, so you can't really control it. I think people have been calling them safeties to show that they don't really think the person is a wolf, they are just voting. I agree that all the safeties kind of ruins the game, it seems like people aren't trying as hard to figure out the wolves, and they just vote on random people.
