    Re: FFR Shirts.

Personalized shirts require going back into a digital editing program, changing the size of a name, resizing the rest to make it fit the same way it did before, then making that into a shirt.
That could take a while, especially if there are a lot of orders.

Personalized ones with your name real big would rule. Don't know how much more costly, and time consuming that would be, but I'd surely pay extra for that.

Well, as far as personalized shirts go, They are much more time consuming, so the labor cost would go up a bit. I have a vinyl plotting machine, so I can just have the plotter cut out each persons name, and then silkscreen the name onto each shirt by hand.

Or- to make things even easier I could use high quality iron-on vinyl, which would lower the cost a bit more depending on how many people wanted a shirt.

Also just having the design on the front or back would lower the cost as opposed to both sides. Personalized silkscreened shirts are still pretty expensive in general simply because of the time that goes into each one.

Maybe just make personalization optional for an extra fee?

Yeah I like that, personalized for extra fee. How much would you expect the cost to be for a personalized one?

I don't know offhand, I'd have to figure out my costs, but probably 7-10 extra...but don't quote me on that just yet.
