Well Ok people I took the test and unfortunately for me I failed. Right as we were starting I had to make a left turn into a narrow lane where there were parked cars. As I was making a turn, an old man in a really old Lexus cut in front of me from a blind spot I had on my left and nearly clipped me. I saw him approaching and stopped but the driving instructor reached and pressed the horn for me. I completed my left turn and the instructor said, " Robert, Robert, Robert..." and then told me to make a left turn and circle back into the DMV. He said that " I had given up before the test had even started" and "that I didnt bring a good attitude with me". He then proceeded to tell me that I was endangering everyones lives by not driving carefully and other nonsensical bull **** like that. All in all, I think its really ****ed up that i have to take this bull**** again and that I failed 1 minute into the test. * Sigh *

Do you drive all that often with your parents? Because honestly, 2 hours of just driving around town will really help improve your driving skills. It's all about practice. It's one thing to know the rules, it's another thing to actually know how to utilize your knowledge under pressure.

_____l l_________ l l__________l Basically all you had to do was drive up to the top cone(have the back wheel lined up with it) and then reverse back to the original spot. EDIT: Sorry about that Cougar. That's a bummer.

Sucks about the test man. My mate failed his test too for something like that. He mainly failed though for shouting at the guy. The examiner turned to him at the end and said something like "I think you could of handled that situation a bit more skilfully but calling him an F-ing old c**t didn't work in your favour". Better luck next time anyway man, hopefully you'll be a bit more lucky with the other drivers on the road. Oh and what Jewpin said is true, practice with your feds a lot, a lot of driving is being road wise as well. Which comes with practice and experience. I remember the first twat I came across on the road and I panicked, my instructor had to grab the wheel and brake for me. It'll come though man, don't worry about that.
