I was wondering: for those who definitely got the FFR terms crossword right, did the screen go blank for you? Because I'm certain I got all the words right, but the screen doesn't change.

I think we have everything done; just waiting for confirmation from foxfire. Thanks for holding the event -- it must have been really stressful dealing with all these issues x.x

Holy crap that was intense.

I FINALLY caught up with you guys, and places are pretty much locked in (just waiting for a couple personal messages though regarding some leeway).

When the event is officially over, I'll tally things up and I'll conjure up some bonuses for this atrocity lol. Glad to hear a lot of you still had fun despite all of the issues though, pretty much everything went wrong that could have.

EDIT: Time's up! Going to compare those who submitted the answers with their respective teams (or just them if they played solo), and get that all sorted out.

Uhh this sort of got out of hand, but this event ended as soon as 4/20 came around server time. I apologize because this isn't in the op, but it is in the same post as the link to the crossword, so you would have seen it if you have access to the puzzle.

Tons of stupid crap happened during this event that was out of my control (the inability to use the crossword once soever is one of those ridiculous issues). Some people got it to work by using firefox, but still that was unacceptable. Also the winning splash screen was glitched, and turned blank if you filled it in properly, so everyone had to send me pms so I could manually check the accuracy. This thing was tested multiple times a while back, and a few people were able to complete it then glitch free. I have no idea what brought on all of the crazy issues, and there really wasn't any time to fix them (or people here to do so).

Thanks, it was a pretty interesting concept that we had a bit of fun putting together. Too bad all of this happened.

Since those who won them wouldn't get their tokens until as early as tomorrow anyway (and because I'm far too tired to do math right now) I'll make out the credit totals when I wake up in the morning.

Feel free to post some suggestions on credit bonuses I should give out for dealing with the various bull crap that sprang from this event.

PS (to 25thhour): The crossword event idea actually is quite nice. Although if we do this another time, we'll go with less major glitches and pitfalls of terrible luck. That would be great.
