dude, 1000/m is the biggest tease of an offer. i pay 800/month. I cant afford it. and if im kicked out of school, ill be evicted and homeless in a city 4 hours away from my parents. my dads company pays for it as long as im in uni! (yay perks!). but i gotta get my grades up or this is it for me - gotta beg my profs too. seriously, i might even get myself on welfare just for the extra cash..... *nods* :$

i also just thought of the BEST IDEA EVER!! look up one of those storage places, move ALL your furnature in there. I dont know the prices but if its significanhtly cheaper than an apartment..... you found yourself a little room :3!! ahaha that or you can come to ottawa and crash on my futon : )

it isn't exceptional here, but with minimum wage you can afford a bachelor and live comfortably.

This works for furniture (it IS pretty cheap and as long as you can pay it they will keep your stuff) but I really don't suggest trying to live there. Storage places prohibit it and WILL kick you out if they catch you - not that people haven't tried to live in them before. The problem on their end is that there are a whole bunch of laws about what is required for a place to be livable, and storage places obviously don't abide by those, so they'd get in a lot of trouble if they knowingly let people live there.

And zgf1 (zfg1?), you've got a pretty decent deal with your dad's company, I really think doing decently in school should be your absolute top priority now since it would screw you over in several ways at once if you got kicked out...

awesome offer, but with the job i now have im very sure i couldnt afford that haha. Would be awesome though. Ill keep it as an option if anything changes for the better.

It's in Court House, Arlington restaurant is called Fire Works Pizzeria and Bar. Full time servers such as myself makes about 3K+ a month. Starting out and part time at the least 1K a month; it all depends on how good you get at serving and selling.

I need a roommate by end of next month and will be looking for one soon. So if you are interested still, do let me know. ;3
