I just finished this one and it is BEYOND the possibility of being under the KB cap even cutting it in half....

Oh well learn as you go haha

But i'm still interested if anyone wants me to make one for them, i've made a couple for people before

Are you ripping those backgrounds from somewhere? The renders looks as though are part of the background. (unless they aren't really renders)

Naw i programmed about a thousand different seamless patterns in and just bucket-fill them into specific layers, but i use different opacity so that it's somewhat transparent.. That was the first theme i made though with a seamless pattern for the main background vs. just a solid color so i think that contributed mostly to the massive size :P

Edit: I've made others like Magicturbo's and iamcorey4life's and my own with solid colors and stayed well under the cap with solid colors under the foreground
I'll prolly just have to wait till Internet 2 comes out and can support a bg more than 512 or whatever KBs.. Untill then oh well :]

Well, the only reason I asked is because the profiles look as if the character is part of the background; also, it looks like you just slapped a gradient over it just to prevent the repeating effect. But I could be wrong. It's your work.

Also it normally just varies, it's easy to threshold a character into a scene you like, but if you find a picture that already has those characteristics, woopie

Repeating as in the profile length....not the pattern. If you stretched the the background image out of proportion it would look bad (of course); and I think you put a gradient over the image just to prevent the whole profile from repeating itself or to prevent showing a repeating image.
