I myself don't particularly need this to happen. I don't read books for fun. I made this thread for a couple friends who were interested in making this, but were too lazy to make a thread themselves. I'm just a manager for this thing :P

Also, if they care so much themselves then they should be posting this. As, if I am having to listen to a request from someone who actively doesn't agree with said request, then I find it hard to take it seriously.

There are tons of illiterate FFR members too. What exactly is your point?

Also, I don't support this. In all honesty, what EnR said is what I would have said, just use the interests section for your favourite books. If anything it should just be one section entitled "Favourites" where you can say "Movie: (title), Music: (artist), Book: (author)" all in one place.

I like the idea. Right now I just put them in favorite movies. I see that it's a slippery slope that logically could lead to a ton of sections. I like the idea of just not making the favorites section particular to movies better though.

Lol EnR but we do not really need it, this could be in your interest.. If you want a favorite book section to be so specific about things then you might as well add in favorite foods, sports, etc. Do NOT need it in my opinion.

1. Petitions don't do a whole lot on forums.

3. This will probably get out of hand with "I want this favorites, etc."

The majority of people here probably don't even read.

Sort of a generalisation there. Plenty of people read, including on the forums.

The only problem I have with this request, as previously stated, is that we might as well have a favourites section for piece of string for all it matters.

Just have a "favourites" section instead of "favourite movie" and have people put all their favourites in that one section.

I think a whole lot of people don't care what books you read than what music you listen to or what games you play.
