one hand, coming from my past experience, does provide some spectacular stream speed. just not trills and jumpstream.

Spread is a lot more convenient. It's hard to do streams with 3 fingers in conclusion.

I used to play one hand and play spread now. Once I switched to spread, I was finally able to play some more difficult songs, and even more accurate at the not-so-hard ones.

I would say indexers technically have the best timing when you really think about it. Unless it's an index unfriendly song. A really good indexer has amazing timing.

Indexers definately have better accuracy when it comes to a song they can do. Followed by Spread and then one handed.

ok time for my two cents.... literally. i dont really know much about technical terms and stuff like that. but i know that if i have a double and one hits perfect the other hits perfect. now coming to just random arrows it doesnt really matter if youre one handed spread or whatever. thats just timing. but i do notice that i dont miss one if i dont miss the other.

spread has better PA hands down.
Your PA can be good if you play one-handed 4 fingered but almost no one does as far as I know. (I thin DS does)
EDIT: forgot about index, they have the best PA but crossovers can kill that.

Yeah nothing comes unless you practice. Once you have get through the first half of Sympathizer one handed with less then 20 goods. I'd that thats rly rly good.

I am about at the same skill level with both one hand and two. With harder songs, spread is easier to PA. With easier songs, 1 handed is easier to PA.

Think of it as this, Person A and B start playing FFR/SM at the same time. Person A decides spread would be a good style whilst Person B decides one handing would be easier. 2 months later Person A can FC "Challenging" songs whilst Person B can only FC "Tricky" songs. This shows you that we have a slower improvement than other styles.. (In a broad perspective)

No, but some people like to use their middle finger to hit both the up and down keys.. I never heard of hitting two keys with one finger before, I always hit my jumps with two fingers..
(Leaving out "up" and "down" out of the picture.)

                          One hand=3 fingers..

In some cases, people use their middle finger to hit the up and down jumps, but I do not.

I play index, and i can only fc up to difficult. I can almost fc some very difficults though.

Spread players are better on: Jumpstream, crossover streams/non-indexable stream, overall better PA

Index/3 finger 2 hand are better on: Regular stream, lots of jumps right in a row that aren't too too fast

1 handers are just kind of there
