The MW must have been on to send a kill, or else he wouldn't have been able to try to revive. He either purposely didn't send a kill, or forgot to send one in.

My intuition says flaw is the MW. I have no reasoning to back it up, but what else can I go on?

First of all Edu, I don't say "lol" second of all, doesn't everyone always say they are green? Perhaps I was vigi... but then again, maybe I wasn't. Who knows. Anyways, not sure what is going on in the game right now, since I was away all weekend. I just have to say why the heck did the captain try to revive hoochan? He was just a green.
