hit the "Print Scrn" button, to the right of F12. Then go into Paint, paste your image, and voila!Comment

Don't forget to crop it if you can. Hit the select button in paint, highlight the area you want to use, right click, crop.Comment

You don't download them. They are sites where you can upload your image file and are given a link for that image.
Try http://www.imageshack.us/, since I am assuming you don't have a Photobucket account by your previous question.Comment
