I've never heard anyone back that statement up with evidence. You can find examples of bad things in certain items from certain stores, but "fast food has bad shit in it" is categorically false, and reasoning that home cooked food must always be better is a non-sequitur.
I usually stay away from fast food because of its caloric density and the fact that it costs a ****ing fortune nowadays, not because I'm afraid of additives that either aren't there or aren't proven to be dangerous.
Also, it's beast for putting on muscle.
