Well, after several problems with logging in, I tried to post a couple times, only to find I need to log in again. But everything is worked out and now I'm here.

First of all, wow. Fantastic strategy guys, honestly. I agree with this completely, and it almost seems impossible for us to lose if we follow these guidelines. I agree that people should check in periodically to make sure they're alive. And if someone doesn't report in, check the room they were in(if they decide to post that).

I have a good feeling about this, guys.

Checking in. I haven't got anything useful to say, except that I'll be on Floor C.

I'm trying to work out some kind of strategy... don't know exactly what for. I'll share as soon as I think of something that makes sense.

Excellent guidelines, Magenta. This should ensure a win.

If anyone needs me, I'll be on Floor F somewhere.

Morning team! Gray reporting for duty. Gentlemen, I said this to Maroon (I believe) last night and I feel that everyone needs to hear it. Hubris is the tragic flaw for a reason. DO NOT get cocky about this mission. We are elite. We are the best the United States has to offer. We are not invulnerable, immortal, or omnipotent. I hope everyone else will take the same precautions that I will be throughout the mission. Our goal is 15 men in, 15 men out.

Also, it can not be stated enough. ANY TEAM MEMBER FOUND TO KILL A FOXHOUND WILL SUFFER SWIFT PUNISHMENT. If one of us becomes suspicious of another team member who is stalking them (in the same room), do not hesitate to report in your position over the coms.

            Gray out.

Also, boys, what of Green and Olive? Green contacted me last night while I was away, but was off on his own by the time I returned. Olive I have not seen at all. Where has he gone? Neither of them has voiced their opinions.

Really, reporting position after movement is done (aka: during the decision phase) is completely alright. I don't suggest doing it every night, but if you are in the same room as somebody then PLEASE say "I am in *room* with *person*." This will help insure that your death will be avenged swiftly (if you die, that is), which will make kills useless.

The reason to not state your room every night is this: Reds can keep track of you. They will be informed the next day of which rooms are occupied, yes, but if you tell what room you're in every night then they will be able to guess where you might go. That way they can target you specifically.

But then again, while typing this, I wonder if that's even that big of a deal. In fact, I will probably tell what room I'm in every decision phase, but I will definitly have eratic movement, just to throw people off. Go back to the first room I visited randomly, or make random stops at different floors, perhaps. I'll always tell where I went, but you'll never know where I'm going.

I do think we should announce floors every day, though, before moving. Of course, we don't have to keep on the same floor, but this is just so we don't all wind up together. We're all smart enough that we might decide one floor is worth checking out more than another and suddenly we're all there. Btw, speaking of floors, here's what's taken so far:

                A-Indigo
                B-Teal
                C-Purple
                D-
                E-
                F-Magenta, Brown
                G-
                H-White

If I left you out or you just haven't said what floor you're going to, please do so. We need to make sure we don't bunch up on one floor. I know some people had already said they had already sent in their decision for movement. You need to tell us which floor, so that if it means more than 2 on that floor somebody who hasn't been locked into a decision can change. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

I'm going to emphasize that everyone has to report exactly what room they are in directly after the movement phase if someone is in the room with them, otherwise, they shouldn't announce what room they are in at all. This is becaues the wolves could pull something if they know exactly what rooms the humans have and haven't been in. Just to ensure that the wolves don't have a chance of getting away with anyting like that, do not announce what room you end up in unless you are in the position stated above. Also, this ensures that occasionally, several people will visit the same room, and later when the alliance of information grows, this will be important in confirming the claims of other people who have visited the same rooms.

Gents... I think I came up with a very good solution to what happens if we find a seer/gas/etc terminal:

FOXHND Gray: Are you there Red?
                    FOXHND Red: Yep
FOXHND Gray: Question. You still feel that all out slaughter is the best course of action?
                    FOXHND Red: No
FOXHND Red: I never said I thought it was
FOXHND Red: I just said that it was a viable way to remain alive
FOXHND Red: However, if we can get people to report in as has been suggested then this will no longer be true
FOXHND Gray: Just like TWG, in fact moreso, this game is about the group, not the individual.
FOXHND Red: Indeed. Which brings me to an issue I am debating upon.
FOXHND Red: We need information on the layout of the facility.
FOXHND Gray: Yes. I've already created a map.
FOXHND Red: I figure the best way to build up this information is to share what we find freely to the rest of the group
FOXHND Red: My only real concern is whato to do if I find a gas chamber
FOXHND Gray: Yes, that has generally been seen to be the best course of action.
FOXHND Gray: If you find a gas chamber, seer terminal, or anything else that will be AWFUL to let the Patriots know about, you keep quiet.
FOXHND Red: But by keeping quiet we let the Patriots know that we have found something
FOXHND Gray: Unless with the seer terminal, you tell the information to who you seer, etc.
FOXHND Gray: Then randomly delay. Say you find terminal 4 on day 3. Don't post it right away. Save it til later, so it screws up the Patriots diagrams and then also messes up their ability to figure out which rooms have what.
FOXHND Red: Are you suggesting that we don't reveal the room locations of the terminals we find?
FOXHND Gray: Say like, every 3rd day you won't post what you find. Hold off so that if you find something worthwhile, you can hold that back and post something else instead.
                    FOXHND Gray: You follow?
FOXHND Red: Ah. That sounds like a good idea.
FOXHND Gray: Seems to be the best way to confuse the Patriots.
FOXHND Red: Of course, it could very easliy confuse our allies too
FOXHND Gray: Not if I post this conversation.
FOXHND Gray: Then they all can do this.
FOXHND Red: Sounds like a plan then. Of couse, this doesn't help much if we find a gas terminal on the first day or two, but I suppose we will deal with that if it happens.
FOXHND Gray: Of course it does. Then you don't post anything that day. No pattern has been established early on, so there is no way they can peg you on something.
FOXHND Red: Ah. Sounds like a plan, then.
FOXHND Gray: Good. Posting. Thanks for helping me figure that plan out.

Now, with that plan, don't post what pattern you plan on using for delaying information (if any pattern!). But, we should all follow this so that we can freely share information without having to worry about being pegged as having found a Patriot friendly terminal on a specific day.

If anyone has a question about this, let me know. If anyone wishes to see my map, my player notes, or my list of what everyone has said, let me know.

                    Gray out.

I was concerned early on that this game would turn into everyone killing eachother on site, but those fears have been quelled by reading what has been proposed so far.

However, my only problem with the checking in idea is that there are members among us that in the past have been rather quiet while on missions. I am concerned that they will continue to be so on this mission, leading to either confusion or wrongful lynchings.

And I already said this before, but it looks like I need to say it again: the wolves are told the position of ever player at the beginning of every movement phase, so we don't have to worry about revealing our positions publicly

Anyway, I will be moving to a room on floor E for the first movement phase.

I'm not going to share anything I find (good or bad) unless it's an objective. What I will do is hopefully find a seer terminal and figure out who is who (since I'm a hacker I don't have to worry about Patriots screwing with terminals). I'm keeping a .txt file with all the rooms I've been to, what's been in them, and various other things I feel need written down. Once I seer somebody, I will say hey and send them the file. I think everybody should keep such a file for themselves, and when they seer people (if they're a hacker and can trust the terminal) to send that person the info. As more and more people are seered, the pool of information will grow larger and larger. But remember, DON'T TRUST A SEER TERMINAL UNLESS YOU ARE A HACKER. Also, don't trust a person who says they've seered you. Someone could easily lie about such a thing just to get your info. If they say they've seered you, find the terminal and check them yourself. If you're not a hacker, this leaves you at a huge disadvantage.

But yeah, be careful with whom and how you share your information. Keep it all with you and share it when you have mutual seerings. I just hope some people chose to be hacakers....

Red, as it is clear, we do not need to lynch anyone at night, and so it is completely unecessary to lynch quiet people. People can be quiet all they want, and it does not harm us, only them. It just means that if they die, we won't be able to avenge them and it is their own fault. They are making themselves easy targets for patriots if they do not report in. I repeat, there is no reason for a wrongful lynching to occur, and a wrongful lynching will not occur. I, and I'm sure magenta and grey, and others will make absolutely sure of this.

And you are right in your third statement, red. No one needs to fear revealing your position, it will only be news to the humans, and that is who it will be helpful too. The wolves allready know where you ended up after movement, so you have nothing to lose by making it public to the agents as will.

There is still discussion as to whether it is preferable to state what has been found in a room publicly or not, but until we are sure oif the consequences of making all rooms public, we need everyone to to the same thing, to avoid confusion, so reveal the identity of no terminals unless we decide as a team that it is preferable.

Red, there will be no confusion or wrongful lynchings. If somebody doesn't check in, we will check the room they were last in and see if they're there.

Also, a lot of the people who seem to never post do so because they have nothing to say. They read the thread and follow but don't have any useful input to share. Hence, I said that people need to post if for no other reason than to check in. If you have nothing to say, it doesn't matter. You checking in is important enough to post, and it only takes a couple minutes to get here and type "I'm still alive." Even the inactive people can do it.

This is not 100% true. While the Patriots will know where everyone is, they won't be told which person exactly is where. If they were told that, say, someone was in D3, they wouldn't know if it's you, me, or any of 10 other people.

Not that such is enough of a reason to dissuade people from telling everyone where they are.
