MS Paint Adventures (MSPA) is a series of webcomics by Andrew Hussie, the most recent and largest of which being Homestuck, which pretty much reached enough attention for Homestuck and MSPA to be interchangeable when referring to either.

Homestuck is, simply put, a webcomic about a game that is started by the end of the world. The plot is incredibly involved, and the webcomic uses multiple forms of media, such as animated gifs and flash movies (both interactive and non-interactive). It's really long and can induce time-related headaches if you read too deeply into it, but it's one hell of a read.

It starts off kinda slow, but if you stick with it, it gets way more intense. You'll be seeing stuff like this later on.

Homestuck has been dragging lately to me, because he keeps talking about the inevitability of everything and ... fleh.

But yeah, his stuff sure has evolved. Homestuck has become much more than just a webcomic. With the Flash movies and the interactive games and music ... Really epic stuff, yeah. heheh.

Yeah, really good recommendation. May be a good idea to read some of Jailbreak then Problem Sleuth first, because there are some gags that are amusingly borrowed.

Some of the things in his stories I never realize the significance of until after reading the recaps he does every once in a while.

Wonder what he could do after Homestuck? Like, how can you even get more epic than this?

The latest update is really making my brain hurt, actually. It's basically saying that [any event you have seen may or may not have happened in a doomed timeline. Also, why do people have to keep dying? T_T]

Homestuck pretty much owns my life now. I wrote my term paper on how Hussie uses the strengths and weaknesses of his own invented medium to make a really gripping story. Do we have to mark shit as spoilers or can we just flip late starters the bird and be all [JOHN DIES LOL]...[THREE TIMES]

I remember Starshot telling me about that a while back, and I forgot until you reminded me just now. As for spoiler tags, I just realized that this thread would probably be one big spoiler that people wouldn't get until they reach said point in the story, so tags would probably be reserved for really heavy stuff like [MOST TROLLS DEAD, ROSE DEAD, KANAYA UNDEAD, DAVE MANY DEAD, andrew hussie is lord english, etc]

Haha it's only been Skaia for a month or so I think. Before that it was "penis sex" for about 5.5 years lol.

Also, the two new albums. Anyone check them out? HS Vol 7 is the bees knees but I'm curious about that offshoot album. I kinda hated medium and I'm wondering if this is similarly disappointing.

Are we seriously the only two people on this forum who are into Homestuck? This seems like the kind of thing that would take this place by storm, way moreso than ponies.

How about those latest updates? We've learned quite a bit about what the Critical Moment pertains to, but what I'm wondering is [what Jack is potentially going to do to Bilious Slick] and the rest of what is supposed to happen when the clock hits zero.

Also, it's quite disappointing that not more people are into this.
