He's suggesting that instead of having four songs (that's including veteran songs) released per week, that there should be a song released per day (I'm assuming that's what he meant). Now, for the double credits, I'm guessing he's suggesting that there should be an event where the credits are doubled just for that event. And for promoting songs...I have no idea to be honest x|...
