By popular demand, I have added a v9 Addendum to "Post #5: Links to Permission Posts" containing a full list of all permissions listed in this thread that haven't been updated to the main post.

Please use this to easily peruse added permissions that haven't been able to be added to the main posts, while we slowly get things together over the next few months to move things to the v9 thread.

With this, hopefully people looking through permissions can at least look through all the permissions available, since the common way to check is to open all spoilers on the first page and use Ctrl+F.
