Imo, level ranks (and your ffr average rank) serve as an indication of the skill of the player. Crowdpleaser isn't a chart that can properly measure your skill. And it's not a chart appropriate for newcomers nor it is for D7 players.

RATO and DP are useful to measure the most skilled players.
