That's the groove radar. It indicates how much of that is in there.

Voltage = 4ths, pretty sure...

Stream = 8ths

Chaos = 16ths, 32nds, 12ths, 24ths

Air = Jumps

Freeze = Freeze arrows

but at the end of a song in stepmania those bars try 2 reach a line.
Does that have anything 2 do with getting A/AA/AAA

It has to do with how much of that specific area you hit with a perfect

To get a AAA you have to get all Perfects right?

haha, im just guessing that your kidding right? but yeah you have to have all perfects, which is surely a pain in the a** when you make it throughout the entire song with all perfects, but then suddenly get a great, its very disappointing lol
