Yearly Top Simfiles?

Just looking at the amount of time that those top 100 simfiles have taken their place on the "unshakable" wall of fame is kind of depressing. Those things have been up there for waaaay too long. I want to propose the idea of making a "Top 100" list for each year, or even each month if possible. That way people have a decent chance at getting in the top 100's or even to see a better selection of popular simfiles.

eh honestly TOP 100 simfiles feature in Resonance is one of the most useless things here.
Most of those files aren't even good or popular, actually.

Well it is kind of hard for people to find any popular or even good simfiles when the place to find all the goods ones are taken up by ancient simfiles.

don't look in resonance for good simfiles; there are a few simfiles uploaded by people who know what they're doing while most are just people who are like OmG DRaGonFoRCe :TTFAF:
