200k Credits Challenge

Well, the Gambling Hall has been nice to me, so I'm going to try to pass my luck to some lucky person here! This will be a challenge with 3 parts, once you solve one part, your solution will give you the place to go for the next part. Have fun! Only one person can win, so you better hurry up!

PS: It may be quite difficult :twisted: and NO HINTS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS I DEEM IT APPROPRIATE

Challenge one has to do with the image (file) itself.
For Challenge two, the star is significant.
Challenge three may jsut be a bit evil... Maybe I'll change that one... But, for now, it has to do with JavaScript.

This quest has an insufficient amount of information to pass on to anything. You can't answer a challenge that has no Question. When you give us just a picture of an Anime it doesn't mean we will automatically link into the concept your getting at.
I for one love riddles and puzzles but this is just not enough information.
It could be anything coming from the picture you gave to your profile and so on and so on.

Well I've tested the code out myself and executed it, and I've been correct both times. Hyperlisk, you should try running your code. Remember that Javascript is not zero-index when it comes to strings -- perhaps that is the problem?

yottabyte: I don't know an ounce of Javascript either. If you don't know how to do something, piece together what you want to do from the code available. The code's splitting the answer up into substrings and then comparing the xor of the first and third strings (converted to numbers, so the strings themselves must be numerical to some degree) minus the second, and this must be equal to the character value of the 4th position, and then the 4th and 9th characters must be the same, and they must both have the ascii value of 45 (a hiphen)

Challenge 3, JavaScript Part:
View Source and you can see the JavaScript is at riddle.js
Open that up and you will see two functions, show() and check()
show() is just there for you to show the form, so in the location bar you type "javascript:show('riddle_form')" and poof, there's the form

check() checks to see if your code is acceptable. It checks a code in the form of '####-####-####' If part 1 xor part 3 minus part 2 equals 45, then it is acceptable.

After putting that in, you will recieve the string that he posted, and win the prize :D

Don't worry about it -- I made it to Riddle 3 in like under 10 seconds, and solved Riddle 3 in about a minute -- the answer just wasn't working the way that it should have. Your hints didn't matter/don't say much.
