Welcome to Round 2 of the 4th Official FFR tournament.

This round is over.


Note to Masters, you must actually HAVE the token in order to pass this round. Challenges will not count.


Either post the score in this thread OR PM it to me. Not Both.

Attention players:

Cheating will not be tolerated at ALL. If you signed up with an alternate account that has far worse scores than your main account without letting me know what your better account is, and I find out, not only will you be disqualified, but I will also eat your 1st born child, and any twins that he or she may have, as per Tass' request. If you have signed up with an alternate account, you can avoid this by either telling me before the round is over so that I can make the necessary adjustments, or simply by not submitting for the first round.

Every screenshot posted MUST be of a score gotten AFTER the round began. Submitting a screenshot of a score that you got before the round will be grounds for disqualification. If I think you are cheating for ANY reason, I will disqualify you.

No, I will not move you down, no matter how much you think I misplaced you, and no matter how many times you ask or insinuate that I misplaced you.


Tiebreakers will only be posted if needed. If there is a tiebreaker, there will be one extra day for the affected players to play the tiebreaker and submit a score.



The eliminations per round for each division are as follows:

Master: 35-20-16-12-8-6-4-3-2
Expert: 110-80-50-25-16-12-8-4-2
Advanced: 220-150-100-50-32-16-8-4-2
Intermediate: 220-150-100-50-32-16-8-4-2
Beginner: 400-200-120-80-30-16-8-4-2
If you are below the dotted line and are red, you are in danger of being eliminated. If you are in purple, you are currently in danger of being in a tiebreaker situation.

apparently i'm the only one who thinks SYNiC is hard. :( i sightread BFed it, next try i slipped 20 notes from the end, and i haven't gotten past the weird syncopation stuff in the 600s since. plus the alternating 8th jumps are awkward as hell in the 400s, and the (13)2 2(13) pattern that occurs twice in the beginning is really awkward too.... the jump-gallop, gallop-jump thing with the 16th between the 2 jumps.

either way... here's my AAA for D4. and, i do somewhat apologize to D4... sprite and I were really happy with the score breakdowns for D1, D2, D3, and D5 for round 1... but way too many AAAs in D4. And, unfortunately, I think this round will have a ton of D4 AAAs too. It's is really hard to judge difficulty for FFR in SM. It really really is. Hopefully round 3 will make up for it.

Play with the arrow keys so that your fingers are closer. Then you can hit the trill either with index setup or one-handed like a flutist. (Das what I do lawl XD)
