If you could make a bg and banner to my simfile, that would be great. My paint isn't working and I don't have anything like photoshop or whatever. The song name is Retro Virus. Thanks.

One would need to hear the song beforehand so as to acquire the feel of the song and determine minor things like color etc.

I never said I was going to make it, I just said that if anybody was going to make a BG for it then they'd need the song first :X Sorry
