where can I get c4d's for gimp besides DeviantArt.(it won't download 4 me :()
IS there a way to create them myself?

It stands for Cinema 4D, which is the program that can make them. This is a C4D(Idid not make it)

It can be used to add effects to your signature,wallpaper etc.
