Playback Question

It's a pretty cool feature, and I was just wondering how exactly it worked like what kinda coding made that. It's be wicked to have that kinda thing for lots of other flash games.

I'm not exactly sure how playback recording works. For all I know, I assume that the game records the keyboard taps in a simfile, then turns it into a playback, by combining the keytaps with the simfile. But please understand that this info is completely biased; the playbacks could be recorded by anything.
