i have looked and looked, but i cant find anything about it. Can someone help me out here?

Try reading the stickies in lots of places and you should be able to find what you're looking for. Also, welcome to FFR and have lots of fun here!

yeah ya have 2 make the simfiles under Stepmania. then you export them onto FFR.

I made a stepfile but I can't figure out how to make the arrows go down =/

If you want to go down to place another arrow, just push the down arrow button.

Well...the only hard part for my in my opinion is finding srtwork and the bpm cause i'm too lazy to find a BPM meter thinkamajig. the steps in general only take like 20 minutes for a song cause it's supposed to stay with the beat.

Actually, I think ddream has a BPM meter in it.
