er...no...I get an average of 10 creds per song. It's just, I bought a song...or two...

At one point in time I actually did like someone. Then she told me she like me, but she already have a BF. I felt like life was a hellhole. Now, even worse, I am stuck with that person wherever I go, just being their 'friend'. Life sucks. The thing is, I never really did like another person :P

I do play basketball all the time. Usually only with 4 players :P The thing is, FFR is fun for a while but it will eventually get boring, so then I'll go play basketball again. Things always seem to have a nice balance...

Technically, I am living, so I have a life.

But if playing sports and socializing is a life, than yes I do. I play several sports regularily...im a second degree black belt (no im not bullshiting), i swim in the summer, on the badminton team, and play hockey on the weekends. i also play piano, and am quite good. I also have plenty of friends. Im a nice guy, so in general I don't have anyone who hates me.

I won't deny the fact im a 'nerd' or 'geek' or whatever, as i like to use the pc/play games whatever when im not at school.

But i wouldn't say i don't have a life, as i do quite a bit with it, don't get bored often and enjoy it. :D *dances*

I'm on the High School football team, I'm 6'', I weigh 175 lbs, I can bench 210 free weights, I run 5 miles every single night, I'm ranked 24th out of 4000 in my state's boxing tourney's, and I'm hooked to FFR, are you saying I have no life? I can guarentee you that I do Arch. Just because some people like wind down the day relaxing in front of their computer doesn't mean they are a nerd. I find FFR far from anything nerdy, viewing it as such is being close-minded and stereotypical.

Of course Jello, and benching doesn't necessarily determine strength, it's just getting used to the motion, and skinny kid can bench two times his weight after doing it for a year.

Bench is pretty much pure strength, in your upper body. And you couldn't double your bench in 1 year. 50 pounds on your bench in a year is alot. You can do it, but not till you're atleast 18-20 when almost everything you eat will be stored instead of used for growing.

What the...no way you can bench 230 at 150 pounds.

If you could, you'd most likely be really short, and thick. Maka, you posted your pic :O

I can do 210 on a freebench too. A bit more if its guided. Only like 2 reps though.

Yeah, I can pretty much only max or do it twice with 210. If you bench every day for a year you can double it, you'd be surprised, guess it's different for everyone though. Oh yeah, I'm 18 and I'm talking 18 year olds and up. Sorry for that confusion.

Well...that would be if you were REALLY weak to start off with. The human body just can't take much more than a bench of 200 or so without bulking up, and it takes time to build up that muscle, considering you increase by 5 pounds, probably every 4-6 weeks or so. Going too hard or too much and you'll just hurt yourself.

And of course, im talking all natural lifting. If you're going to pump protien, fat burners, creatine ect at like 150 grams a day into you, you could probably do it in 2 weeks.
